Ingredients: 350 x degrees for 30 minutes.; 4 x Large eggs; 2 c. Lowfat milk; 2/3 c. Oil; 3/4 c. Brown Sugar; 2 Tbsp. Molasses; 1 tsp Vanilla; 4 tsp Baking Pwdr; 2 tsp Salt; 6 c. Oatmeal

350 x degrees for 30 minutes.
4 x Large eggs
2 c. Lowfat milk
2/3 c. Oil
3/4 c. Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp. Molasses
1 tsp Vanilla
4 tsp Baking Pwdr
2 tsp Salt
6 c. Oatmeal

Mix all ingredients well and pour into an ungreased 9 x 13 pan and bake 30 mins. or possibly till golden at 350. (We add in about 1 tspn. cinnamon or possibly allspice for more flavor; this is optional).
