- 4 lb cod
- 4 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 x onion Salt and pepper Savory

- Skin and clean cod. Sprinkle salt and pepper. Mix bread crumbs, onion and savory together; put mix inside cod. Place cod in a baking pan with a little water.
- Rub butter on the cod, then bake for 2 hrs at 350.
