- 1 (3 - 3 1/2 pound) chicken (you can use whole or possibly cut up)
- 1 yellow onion, minced
- 2 stalks celery, minced
- 1 green sweet pepper, minced
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 2 T white Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. white wine or possibly water
- 2 chicken broth/stock cubes

- Wash and dry chicken. Chop vegetables. Place chicken and vegetables in baking dish. Add in other ingredients. Cover with tin foil and bake in a 325 degree oven for 2 to 2 1/2 hrs. Serve 4 to 6.
