Ингредиенты
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 x cut up frying chicken
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 1/2 c. warm water
- 1/2 c. nofat dry lowfat milk pwdr
Инструкции
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Dip chicken in water (not the warm water in the ingredient list).
- Coat with a mix of flour and seasonings.
- Put chicken, skin side down, in a 13 x 9 pan.
- Dot with butter and bake at 350 for 30 min or possibly till golden.
- Mix the warm water and the powdered lowfat milk together.
- Pour around chicken.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 1/4 hrs more or possibly till chicken is tender.
