Ингредиенты
- 8 x canned chipotles in adobo sauce
- 2 Tbsp. peanut oil
- 1 med onion finely minced
- 4 x garlic cloves chopped
- 28 ounce ketchup
- 1 Tbsp. chile pwdr
- 1/2 Tbsp. cumin
- 1/3 c. malt vinegar
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. yellow mustard
- 6 ounce Oktoberfest or possibly bock beer

- Finely chop chilies. Heat the oil and cook onion and garlic till soft. Add in the remaining ingredients. Bring to a gentle boil stirring constantly. Then turn down and let simmer till thick.
