Name: Awesome Apple Bread
Ingredients: 1 c. oil; 3 x Large eggs; 2 c. sugar; 1 tsp vanilla; 3 c. diced apples (or possibly shredded); 3 c. flour; 1 tsp cinnamon; 1 tsp soda; 1 tsp salt; 1 c. minced nuts (optional)

Ингредиенты

1 c. oil
3 x Large eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3 c. diced apples (or possibly shredded)
3 c. flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
1 c. minced nuts (optional)

Инструкции

Combine and set aside the oil, Large eggs, sugar, and vanilla. Sift flour, cinnamon, soda, and salt. Add in dry ingredients to oil mix gradually. Add in apples and nuts. Bake in 2 regular loaf pans or possibly 3 foil loaf pans for 1 1/2 hrs at 300 degrees. Cold 10 min in the pan. Sprinkle with sugar, if you like.
Note: I bake it at 325 degrees for about 70 min.
My family prefers this low fat version:Substitute 1 c. of unsweetened apple sauce for the oil Use 1 1/2 c. sugar
