  • 16 ounces thin Asparagus (cut ends)
  • 1-1/2 cups vegetable stock (low sodium)
  • 1/4 Cup Light Cream
  • one teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Lump Crab Meat

Инструкции

  1. In a food processor add asparagus spears and pulse several times, add light cream and run processor one minute to a smooth consistency, transfer to a lidded soup pot, add vegetable stock and stir well, add black pepper, cover and cook on low heat 15 minutes.
  2. Garnish with Fresh Lump Crab Meat
  3. Delicious!
