Ингредиенты

1 c. Sugar
2 c. Flour
3/4 c. Butter
1 c. Coconut, flaked
1 x Egg
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Vanilla
1 jar , (10 ounce.) apricot preserves

Инструкции

Notes: Peka Joe Daniels, Lansford, The Times, PA
Mix together with fork all ingredients, except apricot preserves. Press 3/4 of the batter in the bottom of a 9x13" pan. Spread apricot preserves on top. Spread rest of batter over apricot preserves with fork, letting some of the apricot show through. Bake at 350 for 25-30 min till a light golden. Cold and cut into squares.
