Ingredients: 1/2 c. butter; 3/4 c. sugar; 1/4 c. sugar; 3/4 c. packed brown sugar; 2 x Large eggs; 1 tsp vanilla; 3 c. flour; 1 Tbsp. baking pwdr; 1 tsp salt; 1 tsp grnd allspice; 1 tsp grnd cloves; 1 c. lowfat milk; 3 c. peeled apple slices; 1 tsp cinnamon

Ингредиенты

1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
2 x Large eggs
1 tsp vanilla
3 c. flour
1 Tbsp. baking pwdr
1 tsp salt
1 tsp grnd allspice
1 tsp grnd cloves
1 c. lowfat milk
3 c. peeled apple slices
1 tsp cinnamon

Инструкции

Beat butter, 3/4 c. of the sugar and brown sugar till lightly and fluffy. Add in Large eggs and vanilla, mix. Add in combined flour, baking pwdr, salt, allspice and cloves alternately with lowfat milk; mix well after each addition. Pour into greased 13x9 pan. Place apples on batter. Sprinkle with 1/4 c. sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 375 degrees for about 40-45 min.
