Ингредиенты

  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. packed brown sugar
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. baking pwdr
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp grnd allspice
  • 1 tsp grnd cloves
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 3 c. peeled apple slices
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Инструкции

  1. Beat butter, 3/4 c. of the sugar and brown sugar till lightly and fluffy. Add in Large eggs and vanilla, mix. Add in combined flour, baking pwdr, salt, allspice and cloves alternately with lowfat milk; mix well after each addition. Pour into greased 13x9 pan. Place apples on batter. Sprinkle with 1/4 c. sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 375 degrees for about 40-45 min.
