- 1/8 c. Frzn apple juice Concentrate
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1 x Egg white
- 1 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Ginger
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Инструкции
- Cream apple juice concentrate, sugar and egg. Add in dry ingredients, mix, and put into a 9" round non-stick baking dish. (If the mix is not smooth like cake batter, add in up to 1/8 c. water.)
- Bake 15-20 min at 350.
- When baked and almost cold, slice in half and fill with softened apple chunks (microwave apple pcs till there is some sauce and then use).
- Mix 1/2 c. icing sugar with sufficient lowfat milk to make icing. Add in 3 drops of red food colouring. Ice the cake.
- Recipe can be doubled.
