Ingredients: 7 x Golden brown delicious apples (about 3 lb), peeled, cored and minced, about 10 C.; 2 can Sliced peaches (15-16 ounce ea.) liquid removed, sliced, in extra light syrup, cut in thirds; 2 jar whole onions (15 ounce ea.), liquid removed; 1 1/2 c. Brown sugar, packed; 1 c. Cider vinegar; 1 c. Raisins; 1 tsp Grnd cumin; 1 tsp Ginger; 1 tsp Cinnamon

Ингредиенты

7 x Golden brown delicious apples (about 3 lb), peeled, cored and minced, about 10 C.
2 can Sliced peaches (15-16 ounce ea.) liquid removed, sliced, in extra light syrup, cut in thirds
2 jar whole onions (15 ounce ea.), liquid removed
1 1/2 c. Brown sugar, packed
1 c. Cider vinegar
1 c. Raisins
1 tsp Grnd cumin
1 tsp Ginger
1 tsp Cinnamon

Инструкции

1.Bring all ingredients to a boil in a large pot. Boil gently, uncovered, about 1 hour stirring occasionally, till thickened.
2. Cold slightly (mix will continue to thicken as it cools). Pour into jars, cook, cover and chill.
Makes 7 c.. Age for 3 days. Chill up to 2 months.
