- 2/3 c. Flour
- 3 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 4 x Egg whites
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1/2 c. Brown sugar
- 3 tsp Vanilla
- 3 c. Apples, cut fairly small, Skins on is fine.

- Beat Large eggs, add in sugar and vanilla and beat well. Add in dry ingredients and mix. Dump in apples and stir till proportionately distributed. Bake in a deep baking dish, 45 min at 350. Serve with custard.
