- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1 1/4 c. hot water
- 1 egg
- 1 box white cake mix
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 1/2 c. flour
- 2 1/2 c. apples, peeled and diced
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 4 T melted butter
- Cinnamon
Инструкции
- Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add in egg, cake mix, salt, and flour. Mix well. Let rise till double in bulk. Put together sugar and apples. Divide dough in half and roll to 1/4 inch thickness on lightly floured board. Spread with melted butter; cover with 1/2 of apple mix. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Roll as a jelly roll. Place in greased loaf pan. Let rise. Bake at 325 degrees till done. Makes 2 loaves.
