- 3 c. Apple cider
- 3/4 c. Sugar
- 4 x Cinnamon sticks
- 1 Tbsp. Orange zest
- 12 x Cloves
- 2 1/2 c. Fresh cranberries
Инструкции
- In a pan, bring apple cider, orange zest, sugar, cloves and cinnamon sticks to a boil. Stir and simmer for 15 min till sugar dissolves. Add in cranberries. Increase the heat and bring to a boil. Cook on high heat, stirring till cranberries begin to pop, about five to ten min. Reduce heat, cook on low till relish begins to thicken, stirring occasionally. Remove from stove and throw away cinnamon sticks. Pour into a bowl to cold.
