Ingredients: 1 pkt spice cake mix; 1 c. buttermilk; 1/3 c. vegetable oil; 3 x Large eggs; 1/4 c. syrup; 1 tsp grnd cinnamon; 2 c. tart apples peeled and grated; 1 c. minced nuts; 1 ct Duncan Hines Buttercream Frosting

Ингредиенты

1 pkt spice cake mix
1 c. buttermilk
1/3 c. vegetable oil
3 x Large eggs
1/4 c. syrup
1 tsp grnd cinnamon
2 c. tart apples peeled and grated
1 c. minced nuts
1 ct Duncan Hines Buttercream Frosting

Инструкции

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour 13x9-inch baking pan. Combine cake mix, buttermilk, oil, Large eggs, 2 Tbsp. syrup and cinnamon in large bowl. Beat at low speed with electric mixer till moistened. Beat at medium speed 2 min. Stir in apples and nuts. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 35 to 40 min or possibly till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cold completely.
Mix remaining 2 Tbsp. syrup with frosting. Stir till blended. Frost cake with frosting. Garnish as desired.
