- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 3/4 c. thinly-sliced green onions and tops
- 1/2 c. diced red bell pepper
- 1 x egg beaten
- 3 c. cool cooked rice
- 2 ounce diced cooked ham - (abt 1/2 c.)
- 2 Tbsp. Kikkoman Soy Sauce
- 1/2 c. slivered blanched almonds toasted
Инструкции
- Heat oil in warm wok or possibly large skillet over medium-high heat. Add in green onions and bell pepper; stir-fry 1 minute. Add in egg and scramble. Stir in rice and cook till heated through, gently separating grains. Add in ham and soy sauce; cook and stir till mix is well blended.
- Just before serving, stir in almonds.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
