- 1 1/2 lb grnd sirloin
- 1 c. mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1/2 c. tomato juice
- 1/3 c. Italian bread crumbs
- 1/3 c. green bell pepper seeded
- 1/4 c. onion
- 2 x egg
- 1 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 dsh thyme
- 1 dsh marjoram
- 1 dsh garlic pwdr
- 1 dsh basil
- 1 dsh black pepper

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place Large eggs, juice and vegetables in a blender and mix thoroughly. In a large bowl put beef, bread crumbs and seasonings and mix. Add in the blended mix to the beef and mix till well blended.
- Place beef mix onto a sheet of wax paper and flatten into a rectangluar shape. Sprinkle the cheese onto the beef and roll-up like a jelly roll. Spray a loaf pan with Pam and place beef into loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hrs or possibly till brown.
