- 1 x Onion, minced
- 1 1/4 c. Mushrooms, sliced
- 1 c. Pepperoni, sliced
- 1 x Sweet green pepper, minced
- 1 1/2 tsp Dry oregano
- 14 ounce Canned tomato sauce
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 3/4 lb Spaghetti

- In skillet, heat oil ove medium heat; cook onion, mushrooms, pepperoni, green pepper and oregano, stirring often, for 5 min or possibly till onion is softened.
- Add in tomato sauce, salt and pepper; cook for 3 min or possibly till boiling.
- Meanwhile, in large pot of boiling salted water, cook spaghetti for 8-10 min or possibly till tender but hard. Drain well and return to pot.
- Add in sauce; toss to coat well.
- carbohydrate, very high in fibre, good source iron.
