Ingredients: 50 lb Crawfish, live; 2 x Ice cream salt, boxes; 4 ounce Liquid crab boil; 3 x Cayenne, lge stirring spoons; 6 x Bay leaves, whole; 6 x Celery, ribs; 4 x Onions, medium; 3 x Lemons or possibly 1 tsp lemon oil; 8 ounce Honey; 3 x Oranges, halved

Ингредиенты

50 lb Crawfish, live

4 ounce Liquid crab boil
3 x Cayenne, lge stirring spoons
6 x Bay leaves, whole
6 x Celery, ribs
4 x Onions, medium
3 x Lemons or possibly 1 tsp lemon oil
8 ounce Honey
3 x Oranges, halved

Инструкции

Fill a 60 quart pot 1/2 full. Add in all ingredients except crawfish and bring to a boil. Add in crawfish. When it boils agains, time for 7 min. Remove from fire, add in one bucket cool water. Let it soak for one hour.
