- 2 T butter
- 2 cloves chopped garlic
- 1 pound bay scallops
- 2 T lemon juice
- Seasoned bread crumbs

- Heat butter in pan with garlic. Toss in scallops and mix for about 1 1/2 min. Add in lemon juice. Toss again. Fold in crumbs till scallops are coated. Delicious!
