I am obviously not Chinese myself, but next to the cuisine of my own Italian background, Chinese is my absolute favorite. And while there are several groups here on cookeatshare dedicated to Asian food, including one for dim sum, I was surprised to find none dedicated to Chinese cuisine as a whole. So I started one!
