I love cooking and I have 4 favorite things to use, my nuwave, jet stream, slow cooker and contact grill. I also make bread every week end, I stopped using the bread machine, but do love using it to make the dough, also use my bosch mixer to make the dough when there are too many cups of flour involved.
I read cookbooks like normal people read novels.
I save recipes from the paper and magazines and yes actually try them. I have 4 book cases full of cook books but this computer is what I call my most expensive cookbook.
My mother is German so of course I love German food and have learned to make many of my mothers dishes. I spent 3 years there when my dad requested his last tour to be in Germany, for my mothers sake. The only other country I've lived in was Panama for 2 or 3 years, was too long ago can't remember.
I recently got married, I became a grandmother last June, and acquired 3 more kids and 6 grand kids when I got married this past January.
I believe this about sums me up.
