My cooking infleunces early on I give credit to my mother, both of my parents are from Louisiana.
Although I learned to cook southern style foods, I had the pleasure of living in a diverse enviornment. I never limited myself to only cook and eat southern dishes.
Asian, Mexican, Italian, Greek , and every cultures' food were within reach.
It's good to "suprise your taste buds".
