Chicken base, packaged Italian seasoning, freezing and reheating your whole bullshit menu in a microwave, screaming at your staff, being on Facebook at the bar while you're supposed to be prepping, hiring Taylor as a sous chef, frozen deserts, sautéing improperly, thinking you're better than you are, working in a dirty and disgusting kitchen, not holding staff responsible, and being ignorant are all reasons you will never go higher than that shithole at bocci. You are a disgrace and do not deserve to be called a chef.
