Обо мне
My Grandfather was a chef, baker, pâtissier, chocolatier, confiseur. I spent my time at the bakery in Neuchâtel, Switzerland looking and helping sometime to make pastries or canapés. I watched my grandmother cooking and I learned a lot. I always cooked since I was young. Later during my studies I created with my partner Sandro Grandjean a software called CALCMENU for chef students with the help of the father of Sandro who was a professional chefs and teacher. Since then I spend most of my time with chefs and visited so many restaurants, hotels and schools around the world. I love to cook when I can. Now I am in Tokyo and I meet lots of chefs and I can taste so many different foods in so many good restaurants. It is great to be here.
