I live in Huntsville, AL. moved here a couple of years ago from Houston, TX where we ate a lot of TEX MEX food, which I love to cook - but don't like it as hot as some restaurants there make it! But I got introduced to a lot of great dishes that I love to cook. I also used to live in the Florida Keys so love seafood and tropical food. Originally grew up in Miss. so cook a lot of "Southern" food which I also find here in Alabama. I watch all the cooking shows on TV and scan the internet for new and interesting recipes. I also love to bake am am always making something "sweet to eat". This is one of my favorite sites and I really need to visit it more and start posting some of my favorite recipes on herel
