I decided to stop eating wheat. I am 35 years old, and had never really been interested in cooking much. June 26, 2012 is the day I stopped, and quickly went to about 90-95% non-wheat, within a month my plantar fasciitis was virtually gone, and within 2 months I could feel a difference with my chronic allergies. I feel better, and am not or going back! I feel like I can taste the food now, more than ever. My son has also seen improvements from his allergies and blood sugar swings as well. I finally feel like I can learn to cook and enjoy it. Who knew it was all the wheat making me feel and think.... Blughhh! He's to a new life!
