Ive been baking since i was a kid, but now that im off on my own i get to bake and cook at my home with my hubby and sons. Im almost 21, a stay at home mom who loves to experiment with my recipes until i find just the right mix.

My Grandmother, she used to make sweets with me and my siblings every time we came to her visit. She always encouraged adding our own "special ingredients" to make her recipes all our own.
Alton Brown is one of my favorite chefs i love to watch his show not only for the similar humor, but the information he gives helps so much in the kitchen. its like watching bill nye the science guy ... but id guess that'd make him Alton brown the cooking clown. ^__-
