Обо мне
Amanda Natividad is a recent graduate of Le Cordon Bleu and currently works at the Los Angeles Times Test Kitchen, where she gets to play with food all day. Previously, she was Editorial Producer for digital media and technology news company GigaOM.com (and paidContent.org).
Prior to enrolling in culinary school, most of the things she knew about the art of cuisine came from being raised by a wonderful mother who made dinner almost every night, picking the brain of her cousin who is a professional chef, spending several hours daily watching most Food Network shows (particularly Giada At Home, Chopped, 30 Minute Meals, and Good Eats), and just loving food and everything about it.
She is based in Los Angeles and is a graduate of UCLA. She loves whiskey, cured meats and stinky cheeses, and ashamedly admits to eating cookies for breakfast. You can follow her on Twitter at @amandanat and get more megish updates at @delishmegish.
