- 1 Tbsp. corn starch
- 2 tsp chili pwdr
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp sugar
- 3/4 tsp crushed chicken bullion cube
- 1/2 tsp onion pwdr
- 1/4 tsp garlic pwdr
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 4 x boneless skinless chicken breasts (abt 1 1/4 lbs) cut into thin strips
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1/3 c. water
- 1 x green bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1 med onion sliced

- Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl.
- Prepare the fajitas using the same directions found on the package of the original seasoning mix:
- "COOK and stir chicken in warm oil in a large nonstick skillet 5 min on medium-high heat. Add in TACO BELL Fajita Seasoning Mix, water, green pepper and onion; cook and stir on medium heat 5 min or possibly till chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
- PLACE tortillas on microwavable plate. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on high 1 minute.
- SPOON chicken mix onto each tortilla. Top as desired with TACO BELL salsa. Roll up tortillas." This recipe yields 5 servings.
