Ingredients: 6 cups mashed sweet potatoes (@ 8-10 medium potatoes); 1 1/2 sticks margarine; 1 1/2 large can evaporated milk; 2 cups sugar; 5 eggs beaten slightly; 1 tsp. vanilla; 1 tsp. cinnamon; TOPPING:; 2 cups fine corn flakes; 1 cup brown sugar; 1 stick melted margarine; 1 cup chopped pecans

Ингредиенты

6 cups mashed sweet potatoes (@ 8-10 medium potatoes)
1 1/2 sticks margarine
1 1/2 large can evaporated milk
2 cups sugar
5 eggs beaten slightly
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
TOPPING:
2 cups fine corn flakes
1 cup brown sugar
1 stick melted margarine
1 cup chopped pecans

Инструкции

Mix together all ingredients except those used in the topping. Place in a greased 9x13 casserole dish. Bake 30 minutes at 425 degrees.
Mix together the Topping ingredients and place topping on bakes potatoes after it cooked for 30 minutes. Return to oven and bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees
