  1. Saute/fry onion in 2 Tbsp. butter till golden brown. Add in sausage, bouillon and beer. Simmer 20 min. Blend flour into 1 Tbsp. butter. Stir in broth. Add in vinegar, brown sugar, salt and pepper. Add in potatoes. Cook on medium heat 10-15 min. Slice sausage into chunks. Serve.
