- 2 onions, sliced
- 3 teaspoon butter
- Kielbasa
- 1 1/2 c. bouillon
- 12 ounce. beer
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- 2 teaspoon brown sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4-6 boiled potatoes
Инструкции
- Saute/fry onion in 2 Tbsp. butter till golden brown. Add in sausage, bouillon and beer. Simmer 20 min. Blend flour into 1 Tbsp. butter. Stir in broth. Add in vinegar, brown sugar, salt and pepper. Add in potatoes. Cook on medium heat 10-15 min. Slice sausage into chunks. Serve.
