- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Fish sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 2 x Cloves garlic, chopped

- Mix ingredients together and marinade steak in a bowl or possibly shallow pan for 2 to 4 hrs, turning a few times to coat the meat.
