Name: Italian Sausage Sandwich
Ingredients: 1 x Long French bread, (1 or possibly 6 small); 1 1/2 lb Italian link sausage; 2 x Bell peppers; 1 lrg Onion; 1 lrg Spoon veg. oil; 1 c. Water; 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch Salt and pepper to taste

Ингредиенты

1 x Long French bread, (1 or possibly 6 small)
1 1/2 lb Italian link sausage
2 x Bell peppers
1 lrg Onion
1 lrg Spoon veg. oil
1 c. Water
1 Tbsp. Cornstarch Salt and pepper to taste

Инструкции

In large skillet fry sausage in oil; remove sausage. Fry seasonings till tender. Mix cornstarch in water (cold). Add in to skillet of seasonings. Cook 3 min on low heat, stirring constantly. Add in sausage and stir. You will have sausage with a sauce. Salt and pepper to taste. Spoon on French bread.
A little sauce and sausage. Double water and cornstarch for more.
