- 1 lb of Hamburger cooked and liquid removed
- 1 can of corn undrained
- 1 can stewed tomatoes undrained
- 1 can of red kidney beans undrained
- 1 can of garbanzo beans undrained
- 1 can of minced green chilies
- 1 pkt of powdered taco seasonings
Инструкции
- Cook hamburger till done , breaking it up into small pcs. drain and put in soup pot. Add in rest of ingredients. Cook over medium heat till it comes to a low boil. Serve with a dollop of lowfat sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese and tortilla chips.
