Ингредиенты
- 5lb diced celery
- 5lb diced onion
- 5 bay leaves
- 1 Tbs. salt
- 1 Tbs pepper
- 4lb diced frozen carrots
- 15 gallons chicken stock
- 3 bags of barley
- 15lb chicken meat diced
Инструкции
- Saute celery and onion in a little oil until soft.
- Add bay leaves, salt and pepper.
- Next, add chicken stock, frozen carrots, barley, and chicken meat.
- Cook at medium heat until barley is tender soft.
- Sliced mushrooms(fresh) can be added with the celery and onion.
- Taste for seasoning- adjust and serve!
