Ингредиенты

1 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
6 Tbsp. butter
8 ounce cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
1 x egg
2 Tbsp. lowfat milk
2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Инструкции

Combine flour and brown suger. Cut in butter till mix is crumbly. Set aside 1 c. mix and press remainder into ungreased 8" square pan. Bake 350 degree oven for 12-15 min.
Meanwhile. combine cream cheese,sugar,egg,lowfat milk, and juice. Beat well. Spread over baked crust. Sprinkle reserved topping over cheese mix. Bake 350 degree oven for 25 min. Cold and cut into squares.
