Ингредиенты
- 100 gm spiral pasta
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 x lge onion, minced
- 2 x rashers bacon, minced
- 1 tsp garlic
- 300 gm mushrooms, sliced
- 500 gm mince
- 440 gm tomato soup
- 1/4 c. tomato paste
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1 c. grated cheese
Инструкции
- Cook pasta, drain. Heat oil, add in onion, bacon & garlic. Cook till onion is soft, add in mushrooms & cook further 2-3 mins. Add in mince, brown. Stir in tomato soup, tomato paste & oregano. Cover & simmer 10 mins. Add in pasta & mix well. Spoon into baking dish, top with cheese & bake till cheese melts.
