- 2 c. applesauce
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. quick oats
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 2 beaten large eggs
- 1 teaspoon BLAIR vanilla flavoring
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon BLAIR cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon salt

- Put together applesauce and butter in a saucepan. Heat till butter is melted, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in oats; set aside. Beat together sugars, large eggs, cinnamon and vanilla. Stir in oat mix; sift together flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; add in to mix. Pour into a greased 11 3/4 x 7 1/2 inch baking dish. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 to 40 min or possibly till golden brown.
