Ингредиенты
- 1 c. minced onion
- 2 tsp chopped garlic
- 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 x 14 oz can whole peeled tomatoes minced
- 1 c. tomato catsup
- 1 c. beef broth
- 1/2 c. minced green pepper
- 1 c. minced celery
- 1/4 c. dry mustard
- 1 Tbsp. chili sauce
- 2 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. gravy master
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar packed to measure
- 1 dsh cayenne pepper
Инструкции
- 1.In a 3-qt saucepan, saute/fry onion and garlic in extra virgin olive oil till tender.
- 2.Add in remaining ingredients and simmer 30 min, stirring frequently.
- Makes about 4 c. sauce.
- NOTES : Good on beef or possibly lamb.
