Ингредиенты
- 450 g chicken wings
- 150 ml oil
- 1 red pepper
- 1 onion
- 200 ml sour cream
- 150g gorgonzola
- salt
- black pepper
Инструкции
- 1.Cut the wings in two ,and fry them in oil.
- 2.Set them aside.
- 3.Cut the onion and pepper in slices and stew them in a big pot.
- 4.Add sour cream and gorgonzola.
- 5.Melt the cheese,and add chicken,and boil till is a thick sauce.
