Ингредиенты
- 1 1/2 c. all purpose flour
- 3/4 c. packed light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/4 c. shredded zucchini
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
- 4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 - 1 c. raisins (opt.)
- 1 1/4 c. lowfat milk
Инструкции
- In large bowl, mix flours, sugar, baking pwdr, salt and cinnamon. Stir in zucchini and raisins. Set aside.
- In small bowl, beat egg, lowfat milk and oil just to blend. Pour over flour mix, stir just till moistened. Turn into greased 9"x5"x3" pan. Bake at 350 degrees about 60 to 70 min, till pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cold in pan for 10 min, invert on rack to cold.
