- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 c. cocoa
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. oil
- 1 c. warm coffee
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

- Mix dry ingredients together. Add in oil, warm coffee and lowfat milk. Mix with batter. Add in egg and vanilla. Beat more. Pour into greased and floured cake pan at 325 degrees for 25-30 min. A family recipe, never spoils. Jim says "older the better".
