- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. packed brown sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon grnd cinnamon
- 1 c. ripe mashed bananas
- 1 c. finely shredded carrots
- 1/2 c. minced walnuts
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Инструкции
- In a mixer bowl beat butter 30 seconds. Add in sugar; beat till fluffy. Beat in Large eggs. Combine flours, soda, baking pwdr, cinnamon and salt in a bowl. Add in dry ingredients and bananas alternately to butter mix, beating after each addition. Mix in carrots and nuts.
- Pour into two greased 7 1/2 x 3 3/4 x 2 inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees in oven for 40 to 50 min. Also will make muffins. If making muffins cook for 20 min.
