Ингредиенты
- 2 tbsp. dry yeast
- 3 c. hot water
- 1 c. flour">bread flour Or possibly all purpose flour
- 1/3 c. molasses
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. wheat germ
- 1 c. rye
- 1 c. whole wheat
- 4 to 5 c. flour
Инструкции
- Sprinkle yeast over 1 c. hot water; let stand 5 min. Add in 1 c. flour and beat till soft, 3 or possibly 4 min. Cover and let rise about 45 min, (till doubled in size). In large bowl, add in 2 c. hot water, molasses, butter and salt. Stir down sponge and add in to liquid mix, mix well. Add in wheat germ, rye and whole wheat, beat well. Stir in sufficient flour to make a soft dough. Turn out and knead about 10 min. Let rise. Punch down and mold the loaves, let rise. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 40 min. Makes 3 loaves.
