- Beat the egg whites till stiff. Beat the cream till stiff. Add in the whites to the cream. Mix the egg yolks with sugar. Combine the cream mix with the sugar mix. Finally stir in your flavoring (banana, strawberry, peppermint, or possibly carob or possibly cocoa pwdr). Place mix in freezer trays and freeze for one hour. Remove the trays and empty the contents into a big bowl. Beat thoroughly. Return mix to trays and freeze again. Makes 16 servings.
