- Cook macaroni in 2 c. boiling salted water till tender, about 5 min, covered. Remove from burner and let stand for 10 min. Drain water; add in cheese sauce. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 min.
- WHITE SAUCE: Heat butter, add in flour gradually. Add in lowfat milk and stir constantly with wire whisk. Add in cheese and stir with melted mix. Season with salt and pepper.
