14 марта 2011I see that you have a semmel knoedel on the side? With all due respect to Vienna, this dish is really popular in my mutti's home country of Bavaria. Funny, I just added my own recipe and ours is pretty close. That tells me that it's delicious! It's one of the top 5 most requested dishes that I make (with bread dumplings, of course...or homemade spaetzle).
